Troubleshooting
Game loads slowly
Close other tabs. Clear cache. Use Wi-Fi for initial load.
Animations stutter
Disable battery saver. Close background apps.
No sound
On iPhone, sound stays muted until your first tap on the screen registers — tap once and audio kicks in. Also check the ringer switch.
Touch unresponsive
Wait for the cascade to finish resolving before tapping again. A quick rotate and back usually clears it.
